The average toddler of 30 months has a spoken vocabulary of 570 words.” Does this also apply to the toddler and other children that have a tablet or some other computerized learning device stuck in their face

In chapter 6 through the power point given by Mr. Senters, it states, “The average toddler of 30 months has a spoken vocabulary of 570 words.” Does this also apply to the toddler and other children that have a tablet or some other computerized learning device stuck in their face? If the child is being taught through these manners does this make the child more advance or has the average median been raised?  And for those who are not exposed to technology, now behind and below the new average child? Does this then put the child at a huge disadvantage for when entering school by not being exposed to a technological environment? Also, by a parent not being the teacher and using the “new learning device”, does this but more of a strain or create a lack of development when it comes to fantasy play, relating to their caregiver, or even make it harder for them to learn their discipline strategies and impulse control?
