1. Complete the attached “Evidence-Based Practice Matrix” for your ten primary credible research sources.
Note: Credible sources are less than five years old and may include professional journals, research reports, professional Web sites, governmental reports, current texts less than five years old, and presentations from professional meetings.
Note: The APA format for text inserted into tables/matrices should be singled spaced and written in phrases, not complete sentences.
2. Develop an annotated bibliography for each piece of research included in your matrix.
